Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 10 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday 11:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Saturday noon to 4:00 p.m.

Box Office Fees
$5.00 processing fee per order (fee waived if tickets are purchased at Box Office window).
*$3.00 exchange fee per ticket.

The Box Office remains open during all Hemmens sponsored shows. The Will-Call window is located in the Hemmens Lobby north of the Box Office.


ATM
An ATM is located in the lobby across from the Box Office.

Beverages
Beverages are available for purchase at the bar located in the lobby one hour before a performance through intermission. Food may not be taken into the theatre.

Coat Check
For your convenience there is a free coat check available south of the Box Office.

Electronics
Please turn off all electronic devises before a performance. Management requests that all cellular phones, beepers, digital watches and other noise-making devises are turned off.

Elevators
An elevator is located in the northwest section of the lobby and provides access to the lower level, restroom and public telephones. The elevator does not service the theatre’s balcony area.

Handicapped Patrons
Patrons in wheelchairs may enter the theatre using the north entrance which provides for a ramp and electric door. Limited handicapped parking is located adjacent to the north of the theatre. Cars must display the proper identification to utilize this parking area. Contact the Box Office is assistance is required.

Hearing Impaired
A Sennheiser Infrared Listening System is available for hearing impaired patrons. The wireless headsets can be obtained at the Box Office free for the duration of a performance.

Lost and Found
The theatre’s lost and found is located at the Box Office. Should a patron require assistance after the Box Office has closed, please see an usher or call the Main Office on the next business day at (847) 697-3616.

Online Orders:
All tickets purchased online are mailed unless otherwise noted. Tickets purchased within 2 weeks of the performance will be held at The Hemmens for pick-up.
     Will-Call: 1-1/4 hours prior to show only.
     Box Office: during regular hours, and up to 1-1/4 hours prior to the performance on the day of show.

Public Telephones
Telephones are located on the theatre’s lower level at the north and south ends of the building near the restrooms.

Restrooms
Restrooms are located at both the north and south ends of the building on the lower level. Infant changing stations are available in both the men’s and women’s restrooms.

Smoking
Smoking is strictly forbidden in any area of the Center.
